Mature landscaping, developed lots, sloped sections, and limited equipment room can make outdoor work in University Place highly dependent on the surrounding layout. Tree service in University Place, WA from Bob’s Property Solutions can connect tree removal and stump work with excavation, clearing, demolition, site preparation, or sewer projects when several conditions affect the same property.
Homes, driveways, fencing, planted areas, and existing improvements often sit close to the work zone. That means the route into the job can be just as important as the work itself.
We consider what needs to remain undisturbed before deciding how equipment, debris, soil, or tree material will move through the property.
As a local tree service company, we can also coordinate ground-related work when the original tree problem connects with a larger change to the yard or site.
One property may contain a problem tree, an old stump, uneven ground, unwanted growth, or an underground issue at the same time. We handle the work according to what is actually occupying the space.
Tree removal in University Place, WA addresses dead, damaged, or badly positioned trees. Tree trimming in University Place, WA may be appropriate where branch growth is creating clearance concerns without requiring full removal.
Stump grinding in University Place, WA can reduce leftover stumps that interfere with mowing, planting, access, or yard changes. Our stump grinding services focus on the footprint that remains after the tree is gone.
Excavation services in University Place, WA may involve digging, grading, trenching, or soil movement. As an excavation contractor, we account for elevation, access, and surrounding improvements before opening the ground.
Land clearing in University Place, WA can remove brush, selected vegetation, stumps, and debris where an area needs to become more open or workable.
Demolition services in University Place, WA can address suitable sheds, outbuildings, concrete, and unwanted structural features occupying ground needed for another purpose.
Site preparation in University Place, WA can improve access and ground readiness, while sewer line repair in University Place, WA addresses damaged underground lines that may require excavation to reach.
University Place projects often happen around improvements that already have value. Landscaping, slopes, fences, driveways, and existing structures can all reduce the amount of open space available for equipment and material movement.
Established planting areas and maintained lawns can narrow equipment routes and reduce the amount of open working room around trees or excavation areas.
Changes in grade can influence where machinery sits, how debris moves, and where excavated material can be handled during the project.
Gate width, fence lines, and side-yard dimensions can determine whether equipment reaches the work area directly or requires another approach.
Large trees can occupy the same area as roofs, driveways, neighboring yards, or landscaping, changing how removal or surrounding work needs to proceed.
Concrete, patios, walkways, and other finished surfaces can limit where machinery travels and how much of the surrounding ground can be disturbed.
Property clearing in University Place, WA may involve vegetation, stumps, debris, and site features that need to be addressed in a practical order.
University Place includes established residential areas, sloped lots, waterfront-adjacent properties, and developed corridors. The physical layout changes from one property to another, so access and scope are determined on-site.
Owners notice whether established features are respected, expectations stay clear, and the work area is handled according to the scope discussed before cutting, digging, clearing, or hauling begins.

After a long wait for demo permits from the city, Bob got the demo done and hauled away in two days at a very competitive price. I will be using him for some tree removal and excavation for a new home!!Posted on Google![]()

We have worked with Bob three times in the past five years. He does amazing work and he has a great personality to boot. He helped us years ago with a precarious neighboring tree situation that needed quick attention. He came out the day I called, gave us a very reasonable quote and was back the next morning with crew to take care of it. Recently he's helped us clear about 1/3 acre of blackberry, trees and brush and then we had him back to compact it and level it all out so we can plant grass/clover on it. It looks SO good! He responds quickly to calls and messages, he's very friendly, his communication is awesome, his equipment is top grade and he's a pro at what he does. We love Bob and his little dog too. 🙂Posted on Google![]()

Long overdue review. Didn't realize I never shared how awesome Bob is. We bought a house out in Roy a few years back. The back yard was trees and brush but we wanted a big lawn out back. Bob came out and cleared the entire area. He then used his cool grinder to grind down the trees stumps. Then brought in dump trucks full of dirt and leveled it all off with his bobcat. Soon after we had it seeded and had our lawn! Bob got it all done in a day. Didn't overcharge us. Great service. I'd highly recommend him for anything!!!Posted on Google![]()

Bob's Prperty Solutions was great to work with! We needed some trees and shrubs removed and some trunks grinded down and Bob and his team did a great job! They did great work and finished in a very timely manner. Bob was great to communicate with and did a great job cleaning up afterwards, we are very grateful and will reach out again if need be! It had been tricky to get someone out to do the work I needed done in my yard – Bob was the first and only person to return my call, and promptly. I'm having a shed delivered and built in a few weeks and needed the prep work done fast. He worked with my chaotic schedule, came out and gave an extremely fair quote, and got me on the books to come complete the work the very next week. I'm new to some of these "building" terms and he gave me sound advice on what he would recommend for this or that along the way. His extensive experience was so appreciated and I trusted it completely. Reading other reviews is what made me reach out to Bob – I hope my review will encourage you to reach out to him! He really takes the time to do the job right. He's efficient, timely, and even went above and beyond to remove some pesky blackberries and move some stones from an old fire pit that I wanted to save. I have more work to be done in the yard and I won't hesitate to call him again!
Bob’s Property Solutions works throughout Pierce County on properties requiring tree work, excavation, clearing, demolition, site preparation, and underground repairs.
Tree work and ground work on developed properties rarely happen in isolation. The usable route, nearby surfaces, surrounding vegetation, and future purpose of the area can all influence which task should happen first.
Removing a badly positioned tree can open working room for equipment without forcing machinery through a narrower part of the property.
A stump occupying a planting area, lawn, or future access point may need to be reduced before other improvements can use that footprint.
An excavation contractor also needs room for machinery, excavated soil, and movement around the trench or grading area.
Our property clearing services can focus on unwanted vegetation and obstacles while leaving useful trees, landscaping, or surrounding features outside the work zone.
Broader site development services can be coordinated where access, grade, clearing, and ground preparation all support the same planned improvement.
Even underground sewer repair services require above-ground room for equipment, trenching, soil handling, and access to the affected section.
Whether the issue is a tree, stump, overgrowth, unwanted structure, uneven ground, or buried sewer line, Bob’s Property Solutions can define a University Place scope that fits the actual work area and the features surrounding it.
